Rich Foley
Rich has more than 25 years of experience in the Education sector, with executive-level sales expertise working with K-12 Districts, Public and Academic Libraries, For-profit Institutions and Colleges and Universities across the country. He is a results-oriented executive with experience in transforming businesses, selling services, optimizing sales forces and building high-impact marketing organizations. Rich is a skilled manager of multi-channel businesses with an extensive track record of producing over-industry annual growth. This strong sales management and education market experience enables Rich to be a strategic partner who will bring sales success to your firm's top and bottom line.
Prior to starting Rapid Deployment Sales, Rich served as Executive Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Cengage Learning. Rich's tenure in the education space includes time in a number of client facing executive leadership roles. Rich has experiences ranging from establishing a successful start-up Custom Publishing business to leading multi-channel sales organizations for a $2B company and leveraging sales resources to maximize ROS.
Rich holds a BA degree from The University of Michigan with a double major in Economics and History.
Karie Jabe
Karie has a track record of success built during her 25 years in the Education sector. She has led teams and worked in the Higher Education, K-12, Career, International and Library markets and has a deep knowledge of both the soft skills and analytics necessary to lead a best in class sales team. Karie is highly experienced at translating company strategies into clearly stated objectives and building training programs for sales professionals to maximize results. This experience helps Karie create vision for the Rapid Deployment Sales teams to effectively execute our clients’ sales plans.
Prior to starting Rapid Deployment Sales, Karie’s experience included Sales Management, Sales Training and Sales Operations roles at two of the top U.S. Educational Publishers. In addition to her extensive sales management experience, Karie has also led Business Intelligence teams that translated complex sales processes into manageable steps including reengineering a customized CRM, developing Dashboards and optimizing Data Warehouse for multiple sales channels. She then was responsible for the successful integration of these tools through the design and execution of institutional training programs. As Director of Recruiting & Training Karie coordinated all the consultative sales training programs both nationally and internationally. She has written and hosted Consultative Sales Training programs for both large and small companies.
Karie holds a BBA degree from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Mike Healy
Mike has more than 30 years of experience working with clients to improve business performance though business process and technology programs. He has worked across multiple manufacturing and financial services sectors and has led programs that spanned multiple business processes including sales, supply chain and back office efficiency. He has led multiple CRM programs that succeeded by getting the business process design right, deploying the required supporting technology and driving adoption through effective change management and aligned performance measures.
Prior to joining the team at RDS Mike spent a decade in corporate technology leadership positions in manufacturing and financial services where he was known for developing strong business relationships and driving change initiatives that delivered measurable ROI. Mike began his career with a nearly 20 year run at Accenture where he was a partner leading business process reengineering, technology consulting and back office efficiency programs in the Resources line of business.
Mike holds an MBA and a BS degree with a double major in Economics and Statistics from The University of Michigan.
Brad Edick
Brad has more than 25 years of experience in the Education sector working with executive-level decision makers in K-12 Districts, Corporate, Public and Academic Libraries and For-profit Institutions across the country. As an experienced and highly accomplished Director of Sales, he has a proven track record of documented success in sales, building a competitive sales team, generating new business, negotiation and the cultivation of new relationships with key decision makers. This unique multi market experience enables Brad to be a valued asset who can help take your firms’ product into the marketplace.
Brad holds a BA degree in Business from Eastern Michigan University.
Kristin Cunningham
Kristin is an accomplished 20-year veteran of the Higher Education sector, offering extensive experience in custom solutions, sales management, B2B, acquisitions, project management, recruiting and learning + development. She is a results-driven professional with a proven record of surpassing company metrics. Kristin has worked in Custom Publishing, Higher Education Sales, Enterprise Solutions, OLP, Marketing and in the Academic Library space. Kristin has held sales and leadership positions at two of the top U.S. Educational Publishers. She spent 10 years driving growth of a Custom Publishing Division from $25M to $250M. She is well-versed in change management, designing and implementing complex educational solutions and launching new strategic initiatives. Kristin’s experience in Higher Education is far reaching and can help your firm pivot with minimized disruption.
Kristin holds a BS in Education from the University of South Florida.
Sales Reps: Our Sales Representatives are remotely based across the U.S. and will reach your customers by utilizing phone, email and field sales calls as demanded by the scope of each project. They are all trained on our CRM, which is technology independent – data can easily be imported into all mainstream CRMs. Our Reps have education channel backgrounds and significant sales experience. Each project is assigned an experienced Manager who will work with each sales team and our clients to direct sales efforts. Every effort is made to best pair our Reps’ market experience with appropriate projects. Our Reps have anywhere from 2-20 years of experience in the Education sector with both print and digital product lines.
